NO JOY FROM NU WAGON !!!!!!!

I took my car back to Nuwagon after they had fixed it from any accident that occured on the 21st July 2023 because the car was pulling more to one side when driving. Initially they told me that the problem with pulling of the car was due to alignment which they did and returned the car back and they said the tyres of the car are old that could be the reason OMG!!!! I then purchased new tyres hoping the problem would be resolved by nothing changes. I took back the car to Nu Wagon on the 5th October 2023 it was test driven by one of the guys working there and he informed me that the shocks are worn out and need to be changed. I informed PMD that i had taken back the car to the repairer as per their suggestion. I was then forced to take leave because i had no means to travel to work hoping the car would be fixed, i then phoned Nu Wagon two weeks after i have taken my car to them to check on progress made only to find the car was never touched, my leave ended and i went to check what was holding them and still the car was untouched. I was promised by the guy named Dre that the car would be ready on the 31 Oct or the 1st Nov 2023. I then phoned to see if it was ready...i was told by the lady at the reception to come and collect the car. NO ONE IS TELLING ME WHAT WORK HAS BEEN DONE ON THE CAR!!!!! I CANT BE GOING TO COLLECT SOMETHING AND ONLY FIND OUT WHEN I GET THERE THAT IT HAS NOT BEEN FIXED. IT IS NO JOY GOING TO NU WAGON NUMEROUS TIMES ONLY TO BE DISAPPOINTED.
