More than Satisfied

I was in an accident, and my vehicle was taken to Nu Wagon, I made the mistake and checked on Hello Peter for any complaints and there were so many, needless to say I had a fit and wanted my vehicle moved to another panel beater immediately. After many conversations and promises I left my vehicle there still feeling very unsure. The accident was quite bad and I thought the assessor would write the vehicle off which would have left me in financial stress. I would just like to say that their service was superb, they were understanding and never reacted negatively to my stress (not to my face, LOL). It took a considerable time for the vehicle to be completed and this was no fault of theirs. It was due to the severity of the accident and the back order of parts is my understanding. The vehicle went back 2 or three times for checks and another part needed to be be replaced but that was on the assessor and each time they gave me a replacement vehicle and kept me up to date at all times via emails and SMS's.
