If I could give a massive thumbs DOWN I would.

Worst experience ever. Our car was in a minor accident, just the wheels being stuck over a cement curb, guys came out to tow the car and ended up snapping the steering wheel rod in half due to not straightening the tires when pulling the vehicle over the curb. The tires were turning before and after they tugged so hard the whole thing snapped. Flash forward to 22 days later and they have done absolutely NOTHING even though the claims and all paperwork from insurers were sent through and supposedly reviewed. We stumbled across a way larger issue when we realized our belonging are missing from inside our car! Only to have the security guy asking if he could have our fan that was on our bakkie????!What's next the engine???! Today we drove through and security guard asked my wife to wait by a little table while i went in to speak to someone who could give us information, when I returned after a screaming match between me and a so called manager did I find out the security guard and other workers were catcalling and harassing her, absolutely shaken we left. They are now charging us storage fees no one told us about, but God forbid you call because you'll waste all your damn airtime waiting on hold for someone to tell you they don't know what's going on. Someone needs to seriously look into this Mickey Mouse company. P.s all customers that were there were also complaining about ****** items and petrol theft. Never ever ever get your car towed to this **** show.
