Excellent Service

I was pleasantly surprised on how they communicated with me prior to my vehicle arriving at their workshop, this normally does not happen or it has never happened with me.

Once the vehicle was taken in I was advised to when I would be able to collect my vehicle and was not disappointed. On collection the most amazing things happened,

They opened the bonnet and asked me to please check that there are no parts missing, like the oil stick, the water bottle lid, etc. The switch the lights on and off for me to see that it is working, the same with the radio.

They showed me that all the nuts of the wheels are there are that it is fastened. By then I was so amazed that is not even talking about the hail damage repairs that was done. A day or two later I received a call just to check if I am happy with the work done, wow!

God willingly I will not need them again, but If I do it will definitely be Nu Wagon Bodyshop Industria, thank you to all involved at Nu Wagon, I appreciate the service you have rendered.
