<div>Terrible service I’ve been experiencing it’s gonna be 2 months in counting I still have not received my vehicle what ******* is this , busy delaying to fix my Vehicle at whose expenses , that time it’s a simple body work that needs to be done and all this can be done in one Day . what makes is worse is that I keep getting the same messages that first it’s in panel beating then inspecting then at the mechanics I mean really really now a one day job really really disappointed and upset with this Autobody. Now I have to cancel my flight to Europe because of these people , worse of the agents have so sympathy Sharon from Nu Wagon Tisha as well I have to beg to get answers no one knows what’s going on I’m being told one story after another . Now as we speak I can not help my patients in other countries cause I’m still here in SA . What terrible terrible service this is</div>

Nu wagon Roodepoort , 83 Banfield road , after laying a complaint miraculously the vehicle is ready , I drive all the way there , to be only be told that their speed point machine is not working . I mean what a load of bull**** I drove all the way to be told speed point doesn’t work and the business does not accept cash , really this company is something else so now I have wasted entire time and will need to go to the bank to make the transfer to which time had gone . The incompetence of the workers at Nu wagon is something else very very disappointed again I leave without my vehicle their incompetence at whose cost again , I check my vehicle the jumper cables are not there I mean this company is pathetic . So now I’m gonna have to go to the bank make the large transfer and wait for them to deliver my vehicle why wasn’t this done in the first place ? . I guess this what happens when you go with cheapest insurance and they use non compliant service providers . Really disappointed
