A few hiccups, But saved due to impeccable work from Thasha Joubert.

This 5 star review will only be given due to a certain person. My car was in a accident in November 2023 and was taken to Nu wagon for repairs. To be honest all did not go according to plan but luckily Thasha Joubert step into the picture. Now in all my years with working with multiple people in the medical field, it was refreshing to have to deal with Thasha. She fixed every issue that i had and went above and beyond. She communicated brilliantly and made sure at the end of the day that i am happy and satisfied with my car. If not for Thasha this review would have looked alot different. So thank you Thasha for sorting out all the issues and for being processional and helpful. I do hope new wagon sees the star employee that you are.
