She says she delivered but we have not seen it

<p> I ordered 3 prodcuts from the supplier. I paid R1000 which include pshipping since she said free shipping will take 3 days. I wanited 3 days and called back. She said she did not receive payment. I told her I paid 3 days ago and she told me she doesnt have internet banking. Ia sked her how she would know I deposited the money, and she said she had to go to the bank to find out. Finally she told me she saw the money and will send the products. I told her it was too late to send to Cape Town, she must jsut send to Pietermaritzburg. But it took her another 2 days to send but by then my friend had already travelled. I called her and she said she will investigate with the courier. When I tried to enquire, she gave me a name which I dont know as the person who signed for the package. But also dropped the phone on me while I was still asking her questions. I tried calling again but she wouldnt pick.. I dont know if I will ever see the product.</p>
