No Delivery

We placed an online order for their OvuMax Saliva Ovulation test more than a month ago and despite payment being made immediately, the product still hasn't been delivered and despite numerous emails and phone calls to Nuvida, no feedback has been given. It seems as though they falsely advertise products which they cannot provide and have no intention of refunding
