MIA once payment done

After confirming banking details via email, On the 30th of October I made a payment to Nuvida to the value of R885. This was for a 2 month supply special she had for Fertility Blend (2 male and 2 female). As a well known brand I did not expect Elizabeth Savage to ignore me completely. I have emailed, sms'd, left voice messages and she just does not return any of my messages. All I'm saying if she cannot provide me with the product then please refund me my money. She has really inconvenienced me as I had to fork out another R513 to purchase 1 set of the product. <br> She may not have a conscience but I really believe that this is unacceptable.
