NUVIANTE EYELASH SERUM

I took advantage of a special offer at the beginning of January, and ordered Nuviante's famous eyelash enhancing serum. ETA 3 to 4 weeks. Six weeks later, plus an import duty I took delivery. The padded envelope contained unsealed mascara. No box. No plastic seal. No instructions. I have emailed the company several times. I receive an automated response then later another email giving me my shipping number or my delivery address but NEVER answering my concerns. Expensive. Poor service. Incorrect product.
