No delivery, No show, Money gone!

I ordered an eyelash serum on the 05th OCT. and to this date i have not received anything!!! even after numerous attempts to get information as to why my product hasnt been delivered, nothing!! I have a feeling i am going to find a disaster of a store if the product ever gets delivered. These people are taking our hard earned money and not delivering what they advertise. I would not advise anyone to purchase anything from them!!
