NUVA GENIC

I purchased a product from Nuva Genic that was advertised as a free trial, shipping costs only. I got the shipping charge on my account and then a few days later, an amount of USD90, and then a few weeks later another charge of USD97. When I called the company yesterday they explained that in the fine print, I had 14 days from date of ordering to trial the product. If I did not cancel, I would start getting a regular subscription. That must have been VERY fine print but I accept that I might have missed it. However, I placed the order on the 27th January 2015 and got a confirmation that I paid for shipping and 6th February I got the other confirmation for paying for shipping as its 2 products that was advertised a couple of days later I got an email to say it had been shipped THAT day. It took 13 days to convert my order and on the 14th day my trial period is over and I am supposedly to start paying for a product that just left the USA to get to South Africa. I've now been charged for my trial (shipping charges only) and two more subscriptions and I have yet to receive one single product!!
