Such poor customer service :(

I've been using nutritech products for years and recently bought a new flavour of the vegan gorilla gainer protein and it smells and tastes so horrible so I emailed nutritech support and I got nothing. No help and no replacement of my product (im now stuck with a 4kg of an undrinkable product). All I asked was for a replacement in a different flavour. It blows my mind that someone actually made a flavour that unappealing and thought it was a good business idea, do companies not have any quality control anymore? NUTRITECH if yall need a taste tester I'm happy to volunteer, because someone ain't doing their job. Please work on yourself.
