Expired Tub of Whey Protein

I have for the past three years continuously purchased Nutritech products and have always recommended their products to friends and family. So you can imagine the sour taste left in my mouth when one of their Whey Protein tubs I purchased suddenly began to make me ill and cause severe bowel movements and stomach cramps.<br> <br> On the 19th March I informed them of my complaint via email and Jaco from Nutritech responded on the 31st March after I had to remind them of my complaint. He apologised and stated that he will send me a smaller protein tub and a shaker to make up for the defected tub...I have not received anything yet...<br> <br> I then followed up on my complaint on the 23 April, a month later, and informed them that i have not received anything. A lady by the name of Cherise asked for my delivery address and stated that she will send me products to make up for the defected goods...surprise surprise...It is now 2 months since I have brought my complaint to their attention and nothing has been done. <br> <br> I am very disappointed in the manner in which they deal will loyal customers and I certainly wont be recommending their products.
