Dissatisfied with product no assistance

We have been using Nutritech Hydrate since the 1st of March 2026 on a daily basis We always buy the product from Take a Lot and he last 2 we bought the one tastes awful and the other one is fine. I reported this to Nutritech with no help at all highly disgusted with the way this has been handled. They will only accept a product that has not been opened, how will we know if the product is right if it is still closed. Absolutely ridiculous
