Bad food experience followed by ********** call from Nutribyte

Over the last 6 months I have noticed how the food has changed colour for each bag and 'feels' different in terms of the texture. My one dog had to get protexin on her food daily so she didn't have a runny stomach and my other dog was just putting on weight (no matter how much I cut the food). So I changed dog foods and everything is going better. My agent asked me if he could give my number to Nutribyte for feedback and I said yes- as I thought they would want to know. Then... LIANA called me. Probably the rudest person I have ever spoken to, blaming me for not following the feeding guidelines, telling me they have no other complaints about the food, and then saying they are a sponsor for a dog sport (that I am a part of); well guess what Liana; I am not going to say your food is good just because you are a sponsor. It's terrible. And many other share my opinion but luckily they didn't have to deal with YOU. When dog owners don't think the food is good, they just change it. I thought I would give you some constructive feed-back to maybe help you- but seems you are only interested in sales and not the quality of your food.
