Worst service ever. Ordered botox treatment 2 months ago and am not receiving it. When I query why it is taking so long I just get referred to the tracking app and told it is on the way. This company has no regard for their customers and couldn't bother to find out what is going on with clients orders. I'm beginning to think I have been ****med. For a package to take more than a week to get from Durban to Port Shepstone after it has left the distribution centre and is enroute to its destination is Ludacris. Stay away from this company!
