Bad service

Hi,I bought nutralu garcinia on the 16/03/2018online,I thought the product was R103 and I was surprised when they deducted R1269.93.I asked them to cancel the transaction because I didn't know it would cost that much here is the email that I sent them:-

But till today I have not received my refund and I never even got their product and I have been sending them several emails and they have been making empty promises.I even called them but still I have not been assisted.
