Worst experience

<p>I bought 2 tickets through Nu Tickets for an event at Truth Red Square Event. I bought via EFT. After payment was made the tickets went to a "Wallet" we couldn't access the wallet and couldn't find the wallet anywhere. We tried calling Nu Tickets but the line just rang. We even tried Truth and nothing. Out of desperation we sent Nu Tickets an email and proceeded to go to Truth and get tickets at the door, which is what we were dreading. Also by buying tickets online worked out cheaper, or so we thought!!, I have been frantically trying to get my money back for both tickets. first i was told to send them proof that we did buy those tickets, which I did, after 2 days or so I was sent an email We have received your refund request. i needed to follow a link and fill out the request form. This was done more than a week ago and still no answer. I called them again this morning and was told that someone would call me back as they were waiting on Truth. As far as I know i paid Nu Tickets and therefore they need to refund me, no one else. I'm up in arms. Please be warned when buying tickets through them,</p>
