Cancelled ultra tickets without notification
We purchased 2x early bird tickets in June last year, during the first release of tickets, for the Ultra Music Festival held in Cape Town this past weekend. We paid for the tickets AND received confirmation. What a surprise we got when we went to the venue on Friday 13 February 2015 and we're told that our tickets were invalid as they had been cancelled by [URL Removed] After spending a fair amount of money for our tickets I would like to know WHY we weren't informed??? And why we have not received a refund???? I can begin to explain what a MASSIVE disappointment it was to not be allowed into the festival as a result of the incompetency of [URL Removed] We missed out on one of the biggest events of the year because of your \error". It would be appreciated if you would provide me with reasons and a resolution to this matter."""
