Shame on Umzinto Nushop

WARNING: Beware of Nu Shop Store in Umzinto!

I am FURIOUS and disappointed after experiencing theft and appalling customer service at Nu Shop Store in Umzinto today!

At approximately 11:50 am, I placed my purse on the counter while paying and briefly turned around to grab another item. When I turned back, MY PURSE WAS GONE!

To my surprise, the staff refused to:

Call the manager to review the CCTV footage Show me the footage to identify the ***** Involving senior staff to investigate

Their reluctance to assist and transparency suggests they might be hiding something!

I lost over R1600 cash and all my bank cards!

I demand accountability and justice!

Next steps:

I'll be reporting this incident to the police I'll be contacting Nu Shop's head office to file a formal complaint I'll be sharing this post to warn friends, family, and the community

Shame on Nu Shop Store, Umzinto, for prioritizing theft over customer trust!
