No customer concerns

I placed a order for my sons school tracksuit in January,they told me it will take 6weeks to come. Now its June! Its getting cold especially in the morning and my son still doesn't have it. I was given every excuse from change of suppliers, load shedding,size confirmation(after confirming)...etc. I cant even make the child wear non school clothes to keep him warm because the principal doesn't allow even under these circumstances. I am totally out of ideas! I call and go to the store from February onwards. It costs me my time and money running up and down to the store.
