Lousy customer service

I bought golfers for my son on their website,which after a week of not receiving anything I called them and that only after that told me they don't have them in stock anymore. They said they are going to refund me but after a week I called them back they said they will double check with their finance department and call me back to inform me about why it was not refunded when I called back the next morning no one was answering.i still haven't received any refund from them.
