NUSCO water recharge system messed up

Been more than 10 hours now trying to buy prepaid water. Their system seems to be down but no one to assist. Called the call centre for assistance and no one picks the phone - kept ringing for more than 10 minutes. I also tried using the WhatsApp number provided +***8 but the chat bot is of no help. Honestly frustrated at their service.
