Nurture Corona Bethlehem Horrible Experience

My sister lost her husband on the 2nd of Nov 2018, after the funeral she was refered to Nurture Corona in Bethlehem for Psychiatric treatment, while she was there on the 2nd of Dec a very ill patient was brought in the same ward bringing backthe same trauma she went through with the passing of her husband who was ill and passed on from hospital while she was ther, the hospital knew this but still let this individual who was ill to be put in the same room with drips etc and which later same day was confirmed dead! Meaning my sister saw the same experience whe went through a month ago twice infront of her eyes where she was meant to be rehabilitated unless this was part of the treatment plan we didnt know about.. another thing today on the 11th of Dec she got told her days are over and needs to go otherwise she will be liable for costs of sleeping there tonight, at that time there are sessions set up for her for the following day still with the dr as well as the psychologist and this information that she has to check out she finds only when she and the dr goes to admin office to confirm when she is due for discharge, my concern is if patients come there in different states how do they know which day they will be discharged, who calculates their days of stay, who and how are they notified of when they will have to leave or request extention from their medical aids?? I find this very unprofessional and ********* to let the person on the spot they cant sleep there unless they become liable for costs and the hospital refusing to take responsibility for their ommision and oversight in knowing when patients are scheduled with their drs and psychologists and when they need to check out as there seems to be no coordination! This hospital must ensure that they explain this oversight to the medical to never make my grieving sister liable for this stupid oversight.. they must sort out their planning and treatment to patients.. they musnt cause patients more trauma like they did to my sister by witnessing a terminally ill person in her room and eventually declared dead like her husband.. and also the time of admistering medication is inconsistant sometimes at 21:00 or 23:00 or 19;00 on a good day..
