A nurse with a difference.

My dad was allocated a home nurse to facilitate his recovery at home rather than remain in hospital after a 5 week stint in CCU and ICU.

Monica Dlamini our allocated nurse was exceptional and without her, my dad would still be weak and undetermined to get well.

She treated him as her own family, and provided advice and care as if we were the only people in her world.

I thank her from the bottom of my heart, on behalf of the family, that she provided the care she did, in the way she did.
