Exhorbitant rates with unprofessional billing

The nursing care was good They have no idea or clue how to invoice and bill with the correct medical aid codes so the patient can claim from medical aid. They say they dont deal with medical aids but they still have to get it right for the member to submit the invoice which they dont understand or have the capacity to do so. Their rates are 3 x the amount of discovery rates at 200%. ******ion. Totally *********** and unprofessional. Beware .....
