Worst experience ever!!!

Hi, I had such an awful experience at Nuri Sushi in Claremont a few minutes ago.

I walked into the store to place my order, my order was simple. Salmon poky Bowl with extra salmon and no Cucumber. The person serving me at the counter says he has to ask the Manager if he can add extra Salmon mind you I am willing to pay for it.. he comes back and says we cant do it for you... I excepted it and move on.. when i came back to collect my order? it was so warm and didn't look appetizing at all...
