worst experience

Last week my friends and I ordered from Nuri's and guess what? The order was wrong, nothing was done about this because their customer service is putrid!! No refund or the actual food that was PAID for!

Today we placed yet another order and again the same thing happened. They aren't ever willing to refund you for something you paid for and never got due to their negligence and they don't exactly send your proper order out after you letting them know IT'S WRONG !!!

I am utterly ****ed off !!!
