Total Disrespect

I was at Nuri Sushi in Promenade mall, standing in the line for ice cream. Only to find out that if you work in promenade mall then you get to jump the line, now I work in retail myself and I just don't get the logic of this.

The staff and management on duty disrespect to towards us paying customers is on ano level, firstly if this is your policy can you please put up a note because just because I'm not working in the mall does not mean I have all the time to wait for you to serve the malls tenants first.

No1 tells you that promenade staff gets to go first, they just randomly help them and have long conversations with them and we had to wait to be served like we not paying.

Pathetic customer service!
