Terrible service at Nuri Cape Town

The service levels at Nuri Cape Town are terrible. Waited for over an hour for our food. They brought food in batches also after waiting for over an hour for basic food. It doesn't seem people know what they are doing especially the waiters. Such a disappointment and waste of time.
