Poor service and squashed Sushi.

Hi. I have been ordering from Nuri Shushi Maitland for months and the last 2 experiences has been horrific. On 27 August i placed an order via WhatsApp and was advised 45 - 60 minutes, this was at 18:53. My order arrived after 21:30! Almost 3 hours later.

Today, for my birthday i placed an order at 15:37 and the driver rocked up at 17:17, almost 2 hours later.

The staff member on the WhatsApp line, on both occasions ignored my calls and was not empathetic at all. Upon opening the box, the Nuri platter was squashed and did not look appetising. I sent a pic via WhatsApp and got no response.

I do not think this is how loyal customers should be treated. I am disgusted but mostly disappointed.
