Pathetic service

I live in Goodwood and N1 city branch makes perfect sense to go to, but I end up driving to seapoint or town because the service is so pathetic since they opened it’s always a issue, either no ice cream, no sushi or u wait hours for your food with no explanation what’s so ever, really pathetic,I never had issues in seapoint or in town …
