Nuri wasting time and lack of service

I don't understand why cape town nuri ,Claremont and the rest of the nuri stores have a 4 point rating on google but Ottery nuri finds the need to not value to people that supports them . Why does one have to wait 30min for a burger . If you know you opening and should have supplies ready overcooked burgers would take 30 minutes and kn top of it you open late. Please take the time to educate our staff on client services and etiquette.clearly you have issue with not valueing people that support you. Without the people come from the neighboring area you won't have the support and won't need the staff .so give the service and value everyone
