Absolutely ridiculous service from Nuri Sushi Rondebosch. This is now the FOURTH time my online order has been short delivered. How hard is it to check an order before sending it out?

It’s pathetic and a complete waste of customers’ time and money. We sit down in the evening expecting our meal, only to find items missing yet again. Clearly, the staff don’t care and management isn’t paying attention.

If this branch can’t get something as basic as delivering the correct order right, then maybe it’s time to replace the staff or management. Customers shouldn’t have to beg for the service they paying for.
