Nuri sushi. Poor PR

My family of 4 had supper at Nuri on Friday evening. Next day we were all sick with food poisoning symptoms. Contacted them via their whattsapp platform. They responded by asking whether they could call me the same day at 12. They never did. When I asked via same platform why they never called, I got no response.
