NURI SUSHI N1 CITY

Nuri Sushi N1city are the worst.ive ordered 19:43 and it's 21:38 and still waiting for my order.When i called the lady on the phone just said they have problems (what problems?)and my order will be looked at only now...as I'm typing this my Uber eats app shows my order will be ready by 21:50.This is unacceptable. I order every week and collect or I will Uber eats but whenever I order via Uber eats my food are late...I had guest but unfortunately they had to leave and now im waiting for food to come which I've paid for and no one that can eat.Im done with this pathetic service at this moment i will have to get into my car and drive there because how on earth can a person wait so long for an order for food.
