NURI CBD, TERRIBLE SERVICE!

What a terrible experience I had today at the CPT branch! I usually love coming here, but the service has really gone to ****! I made a WhatsApp order at 12:15 and was told that my estimated waiting time would be 60 minutes. I got there at 13:18 and my food was still not ready. I waited until 13:33 as I could see they were full, then followed up with my order. Only once I asked about my order, was it finally made! Received my order at 13:47 and had to rush to the office, only to find that my tempura prawns were not in my bag once I got to work! Very disappointed and will not be returning.
