Not so good service

<p>I was here for lunch with a friend and so happened to forget my work keys on the table. 10 mins later after realising this I come back for my keys to be told they were given to someone who claims they work with me. As I went back to work there was nothing at reception.</p> <p> </p> <p>I write this as I've sitting here for the 2 hours waiting for camera footage. No has updated me on whether the footage permission has been granted to view it or not, let alone someone checking up on me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I must say I am really appauled by the service and I will go ahead and provide feedback to my colleagues on the service received.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is from a person who values the importance of customer experience as I specialise in this field.</p>
