Disgusting, pathetic and horrific service and food

I purchased sushi today, specifically asking for fried sushi and another item. I waited nearly an hour for my order. I got home and noticed that both was raw sushi, I then took the 1 box back only to be told that I got what I had ordered. The manager(Bonita) was not even listening to what I was explaining and just said that their people is busy and cannot explain to customers what is fried and what is not. This is not the first time I'm getting such horrific service from Nuri Sushi in Ottery it is the third time. I ended up just leaving the food on their counter and walked away losing a R180 as we do not eat raw sushi and my daughter ate 1 of the items in the 1 box and she felt so ill afterwards. My daughter also ordered a milkshake choosing vanilla ice cream but not getting her syrup in the milkshake and when she asked about this they told her that vanilla milkshake cannot be changed to a different flavour as vanilla is vanilla which blew my mind as I know you can add strawberry, banana, chocolate, bubblegum, etc. to vanilla ice cream to get the milkshake of your choice. When they make the cup ice cream they add 5 marshmallows or 5 of whichever topping you choose to the 1 side of the ice cream. Nuri Sushi Ottery is pathetic and only care about money and not their customers.
