Disappointed foucs on each store your workers are over worked and not interested

I was disappointed in the service I received at the new ottery branch I arrived there 20:30 the manger told me his unable to assist us as the orders are backed up Saturday I then went to N 1 city branch as I really wanted some sushi got there placed my order and I wanted over 1 hour for my order received it it was oily over cooked really disgusted also in the service the manager to alone and just taking orders when we are at tables are not receiving our food
