Bad tasting sushi

I ordered Nuri Sushi today, via Mr D . The order came quick however the crunch munch platter was more burnt than tasty . I dont even know how it got burnt but the burnt taste is not great. Also seems as if the sushi was thrown in the packaging. I am not one to complain but this was the first time I experienced this. The prawn chowmein I ordered was also burn. The prawns colour was black. How is that even possible ?
