Utterly disgusted with poor after sale service

I installed a solar geyser 2 years ago with NuPower Solar the installation was done exceptionally with no issues. Fast forward 2 years later and the aftersales service is the worst I have encountered. I had contacted Nu Power to query a warranty claim with respect to the evacuated tubes and Stephan De Jager was appointed to my claim. The issue was one of the tubes had malfunctioned as opposed to the rest of the system tubes resulting in a significant drop in heat, I relayed this to Stephan and he was adamant that it was due to breakage of which was not the case and that these tubes per say carry a one year warranty. I had reviewed my collector warranty that was supp**** when the system was installed and it clearly states that the collector carries a 10 year warranty, further on the warranty document it clearly stipulates the component warranty of which nothing indicates a 1 year warranty on the evacuated tubes. As far as I understand the evacuated tubes forms part of the collector which should be covered under the 10 year warranty unless otherwise stated on the warranty document. I had mentioned this to Stephan who rudely told me that it carries a one year warranty and the price for a tube is R790 via email. I had then reiterated the warranty document and was told he would send someone to assess it. The guy did come through and have a look but was going to charge me for replacing it of which I disputed, he then called Stephan who again rudely told me it carries a 1 year warranty with out providing sufficient proof on the warranty document where its stipulated. I have no issues in paying for a tube however why should I pay for one if its deemed under warranty. After speaking to Stephan I had then called the sales rep Covick Raubenheimer who was CC'd on all mails to Stephan to please assist of which he rudely blew me off due to some show the company was show casing product. This is a company that clearly wants your money for a sale but has no after sale support whatsoever. We should have used another Service Provider had we known this, the only reason we chose NuPower Solar is due to the 10 year warranty of which they cannot uphold. We wanted peace of mind installing the system which is not cheap btw but instead ended up with obnoxious rude NuPower Personnel who paints a clear picture for the face of the company. Simply Pathetic!!!
