Solution to call out fees

I would like to thank Louise and Adrian for their valuable advice and assistance. As I am a pensioner and struggle to meet the R650.00 call out fee, Adrian advised me of the monthly insurance contract they offer so that call out fee and parts will be covered when damaged. They agreed to waive the call out fee and come out again as the problem was not rectified on their Saturday appointment. I look forward to their continued support. My solar heater is a Godsend!
