Second Installation of Solar Water Heater

We installed a Solar Water Heater system from NuPower Solar for the bathrooms in 2013. This system works like a dream! We decided to install a second system for the kitchen and laundry in August 2015. The installation was done quickly and efficiently but the panels were not placed in the best location. After 2 pm in the afternoon the tubes are completely in the shade of adjacent buildings and do not get any direct sunlight. There is a significant difference in the temperature of the first installation and the new installation at 5 pm (no water is drawn from these systems before 5 pm). This could have been prevented if the panels was moved 3 metres to the right to the adjacent elevated roof.
