Scalding Hot Service!

<p>Following some new building additions to our home, my wife and I needed to install a solar powered unit to the geyser supplying the new bathroom. We met Neill Wilson of Nupower Solar at the Decorex show and he agreed to come out and do an evaluation. He promptly arrived exactly at the time and date he promised, did a full inspection of the situation, and quoted us a very reasonable cost to install, which we accepted! Within days the team to install arrived on time and precisely as Neill had stated, and the solar unit was in place. We then found that the water temperature was set a little too high so I requested Neill to come back and make adjustments which he did the very next day! We are now compelety happy with our new solar powered unit and are absolutely delighted with Neill's customer care and involvement in the whole process! He remained in touch with us throughout the process and always responded to questions and calls with courtesy and efficiency! He and Nupower Solar have set the customer service level very high! Great job guys!</p>
