NuPower Solar taking longer to refund me
Nu Power and I agreed in February 2015 to install 200l solar geyser after agent came to my home. I paid deposit of R9000 (60% of R15000). The problem arose when they came to install in 4 March. I wanted the whole unit on top of the roof, they wanted to put it on the outer wall next to my existing geyser. I felt it would be ugly and they did n't have 200l thermosyphon solar geyser and we agreed that they must refund me but ever since March 4th, they are just no refunding me. I have been calling and email but to no avail.
