Nupower geyser frustrating

<p>I've never been so frustrated with a geyser before. My geyseris basically new, started living in thia new complex in January 2015. In September of the same year it wasn't heating water. Called the emergency guys and it was fixed. A year later I'm having the same problem and I was told that I have to pay a call out fee and for whatever needs to be fixed (call out fee being R650). What is contained in the warranty of I have to be paying hardly two years of using the system? Someone please clarify this for me. This solar geyser ia supposed to make my life easier and reduce my electricity cost but it ends up to nothing if I now have to fix it every year!</p>
