Great sales effort let down by installations dept.

The sales experience set a high level of expectation.<br> The installation team came yesterday.<br> The got lost and eventually phoned me to get the correct address if they phoned earlier they would have been able to finish the job before the rain started. <br> Roughly 2 hours was wasted by not phoning me to get the correct address.<br> The installation manager made holes in the middle of the cornice instead of the corner, i trained him how to make the hole in a better location where it will look better and showed him an example in another part of my home, he then plugged the previous hole.<br> The team couldn't finish the job as it was raining (which could have been avoided if he had phoned me earlier) and indicated that they would come back the next day.<br> It is now the next day and the promise from the previous day is now an empty promise with no-one pitching up to finish the job.<br> The also left litter from the unboxing of the equipment on the lawn which still has to be cleared up.<br>
