Excellent service from professional, efficient and friendly staff.

The solar geyser that was installed in 2010 by NuPower Energy Solutions burst Monday. I called them and Ratz was here very fast. As usual he was friendly professional and explained, very patiently, to me what was wrong. He closed the geyser water supply to avoid further damage and even waited to explain to Discovery Insure the problem!! I then communicated with Stephan, whose service was exceptional! Half past 7 yesterday Divan and team was here to install new geyser. Once again excellent service from polite and friendly people. I will always remain a NuPower fan, they all truly know what is exceptional customer service!
